MISSION STATEMENT:

The purpose of the Mount Gilead (Union) Baptist Church is to glorify God through ministering primarily to people in Freeport, Grand Bahama, Bahamas by;

(a) Evangelizing the lost
(b) Discipling the saved

It is the Church's purpose to glorify God through Christ's Great Commission given in the Gospel. The Commission involves leading lost people to a saving knowledge of Christ and leading save people to spiritual maturity through worship, prayer, instruction and fellowship.
